It is essential that you provide all the information that we classify as mandatory, since, if you do not do so, we will not be able to process your order. We will not be responsible in any case for possible delays or failures in delivery as a result of errors or omissions of data.

We will put in place all reasonable measures within our power to ensure that your personal data is kept secure at all times. You can access information relating to data protection by clicking on the “Privacy Policy” link on the main page of the website. However, you accept that no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be secure from access by unauthorised recipients and you will not hold us liable. for any security breach unless it is due to our negligence.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
Store Navigation:
The user can browse the website until he finds the desired item. Once located, clicking on it will give him access to all the detailed information offered by the website. From there he can add the item to his cart. Finally, to complete the order, he will be asked to enter all his details (name and surname, email, address, payment method, etc.).
User account:
The user can complete the purchase by creating an account or without registering. In the event of creating an account on the website, the user must take the necessary security measures, both personal and material, to maintain the confidentiality of his/her username and password and notify us immediately of the loss, misplacement, theft, robbery or illegal access to his/her username and password, as well as their knowledge by third parties.
Prices:
All prices include 21% VAT. For shipments to EU companies with intra-community VAT active in the VIES database (http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/vatResponse.html?locale=en) we can issue an invoice without VAT. Please contact us by email for more information.
Pay:
Any order placed must be paid immediately after order confirmation. Only orders for which payment has been completed and verified will be processed.
The order will not be accepted by us until the amount has been charged to our account. We will confirm acceptance of the order by e-mail informing you that the order is being shipped. Only then will the contract between you and us be formalised, and only for the items listed in that shipping confirmation.
Before you complete your order on the website, you will be able to review all the details associated with it (amounts broken down into all the necessary sections – taxes, costs, shipping, item selection, etc.), and you may correct anything you consider necessary.
After confirmation, it will not be possible to modify or cancel the order through the website. You must contact us. In this case, the period can only be modified or cancelled if the item has not entered the shipping phase from our warehouses.
Payment methods:
The user can make payment by bank transfer, Paypal or credit card and other methods that appear throughout the development of the store.
Credit and debit cards: The amount of the order will be charged to your card, so you must provide us with the number, the expiration date and the security code (on the back of your card). These details will not be stored or manipulated by us, but will be registered directly in the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution. The charge will be made in real time through this payment gateway. If the charge cannot be made (for any reason), the order will be automatically cancelled.
PayPal: Allows you to pay directly without communicating your financial data to the network. It automatically encrypts sensitive data with the help of the best technologies available on the market.
Bank transfer: the customer has 5 working days to make the payment or the order will be automatically considered cancelled. The user receives the corresponding account number and the necessary data to make the transfer in a confirmation email after placing the order. Important: The order number that will appear at the end of this process must be indicated as the transfer concept. If this reference has not been indicated, Autona is not responsible for delays in order processing.
Shipping:
We accept and ship products worldwide. However, we reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is too large or heavy to be shipped to the user. We also reserve the right to change the shipping price to locations that are difficult to access, such as islands, including the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands.
The shipping price is continuously updated and based on the prices of couriers we work with. The user can see the most current prices in the “Shipping” tab on the main page of the website or by adding the desired product to the cart, which will update the total price for the purchase.

Preparation time:
Order preparation time depends on the product and can last from 1 day for the pieces we have in stock to 30 days for individual projects that we manufacture manually. If you have any questions, please contact us by email.
Shipping time:
The shipping time of an order depends greatly on the type of product and also on the destination. It can vary from 1 day within the USA to 60 days for economical shipping to other continents. It is best to check the shipping time with us by email.
Delivery times may increase during sales periods, Christmas campaigns or in the case of customs procedures and other circumstances arising from (for information purposes only) geographical distance, weather conditions, wars, strikes, any form of government intervention, non-compliance by our suppliers, etc. as well as any other circumstances attributable to the logistics operator in charge of delivering the product. We are not responsible for any delays that may arise for any of the reasons mentioned above.
Transport company:
Delivery will be made to the requested address by an express delivery company within normal business hours. The user will receive an automatic email from our system with a link to the delivery note number so they can track the order.
Package damaged:
If the packaging of the order is damaged upon delivery, you must open the package in the presence of the logistics operator to check the condition of the items. If damage is observed, you must detail it on the delivery note and contact us. We will repair or replace, free of charge, all items that have been damaged or lost during transport, provided that you notify us of the incident as soon as possible. If replacement is not possible, we will refund the customer a proportional amount of the damage. Once the order has been delivered, it will become your property and therefore, any damage that may arise will be your responsibility.
Returns without cause:
The user can return the product without any reason during 30 calendar days after receiving the item. To start the process of returning the order, you must send an email to info@ .com indicating the order number and the product to be returned. We will reply by email with instructions on how to complete the return. We will refund the user within 14 working days. The user will cover the shipping costs to our commercial headquarters. Only those products that are in perfect condition will be accepted for return and must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition and with no signs of having been used. Once the products have been received, if any type of manipulation, defect or sign is detected that suggests that the product has been modified, altered or there is a risk of this, the product in question will be immediately returned to the customer by postal delivery cash on delivery, with the user assuming the shipping costs. Returns will be processed on working days, from Monday to Friday. Returns made on national, regional and local holidays will be processed the day after the holiday in question.
Returns for claims:
The user can return the damaged product within 30 calendar days after receiving the item. To start the process of returning the order you must send an email to info@ .com indicating the order number and the product to be returned. We will reply to you by email with instructions on how to complete the return. We will refund the money to the user as soon as we receive the item. We will also refund the shipping costs. Only those products that are in perfect condition will be accepted for return and must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition and with no signs of having been used. We reserve 30 calendar days from the time we receive the product back to analyze the case. The user, instead of returning the product, can also opt for partial compensation for the damage. In this case, you should also contact us by email.
Availability:
All orders are subject to availability. We are not responsible for the lack of stock or unavailability of products. The user must be particularly attentive to the availability of handling items whose realization can take up to 30 calendar days. Warranty:
All items we produce have a 2-year warranty. The warranty applies to normal, everyday use of the parts. Users looking for motorsport parts should contact us in advance to inquire about the endurance limits of a selected item. In case of items produced by third parties or companies sold on the website, the regulations corresponding to these products apply.
Order cancellation by us:
We reserve the right to cancel orders without cause. Especially those that seem fraudulent, false or speculative, as well as those that have been requested by a client with whom there may be some difference/controversy in previous orders, or when there are reasonable doubts that may lead us to believe that the client is violating some criminal activity.

The photographs related to the article are for illustrative purposes only and serve as a general guide for the website user. Adjustment and assembly:
Autona is not responsible for incorrect assembly and poor adjustment of parts that may result in damage to the product. If the user requires detailed instructions, he/she must contact us before assembling.
